How Ava handles deal email

Your inbox, already sorted by deal.

Connect your email once. From then on, Ava reads every message that comes in, puts it on the right deal, and keeps the file up to date, day or night.

Nothing to sort

Every email filed in under a minute

A typical deal email is read and on the right deal within a minute of landing, including the evenings and weekends, when about a quarter of deal email shows up.

Whoever sent it

The right deal, even from a stranger

Loan processors, escrow assistants and the other agent’s team write in too. 46% of the deal emails Ava filed came from people who weren’t listed on the file, and Ava still put them on the right deal.

The update, not the thread

Ava sums up what changed: the payoff arrived, the walkthrough moved, the lender needs a bank statement. On our deals that came to about one update for every 12 emails.

File stays current

What the email changes, the file changes

When an email moves a date or delivers a document, Ava lines up the change for you to approve, so the deal file always matches what everyone agreed to.

What teams get back

Time back for the work that brings in deals.

Teams running their files on ListedKit put the hours they used to spend reading, sorting and retyping into clients and growth.

20+ hrsa week back from data entry and manual work at Impact Leverage
2 hrssaved every day by a 4-person team at Nancy Chu Homes
5–10 hrsa week saved by the team lead at Rush Home, a Compass team
Built for your whole team

Your deals shouldn’t live in one person’s inbox.

When everything about a deal sits in one coordinator’s email, the business depends on that one person. With Ava, every email is on the deal it belongs to, so anyone on the team can open a file and see what happened and what’s next.

New hire

Up to speed on day one

A new coordinator opens the file and sees the whole history, instead of digging through someone else’s inbox.

Time off

Coverage without the handoff scramble

Vacation, leave or a sick day doesn’t stall a closing. Whoever covers sees the same up-to-date file.

Growth

More deals without more desks

Add files without adding someone to sort email. At Impact Leverage, one coordinator carried as many as 45 open contracts at once.

Connecting your email

What Ava can see, and what stays in your hands.

What can Ava access when I connect my email?

The Gmail or Outlook account you connect: messages, attachments, sender and subject details, and your signature, so she can file each email to the right deal and pull out dates, documents and requests. Your email is only used to run your transactions. It is never used for advertising or to train AI models.

Does anything happen without my approval?

Nothing leaves your inbox without you. Ava drafts replies, and you review and send them. When an email changes something on a deal, like a new date or a new document, Ava lines the change up for you to approve before it updates the file.

How do I disconnect my email?

Anytime, from Settings in ListedKit. For Gmail, you can also remove ListedKit from your Google account’s third-party access page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Do I have to change how I use email?

No. Keep emailing from the same inbox, with the same people. Ava works in the background and files what comes in to the right deal.

From a coordinator using it
“ListedKit is like having an assistant at my fingertips that not only checks the incoming documents for compliance but also stays on top of my emails and suggests things that it can do for me. This saves me hours every day.”
