It was founded in 2022 and was named a 2025 Inman Innovators Award Finalist.
Who built ListedKit AI, and who is it for?
ListedKit was founded by Karan Khanna, who leads product and built Ava from the ground up out of Harmony Venture Labs in Birmingham, Alabama, after talking to hundreds of transaction coordinators, agents, and brokers. Karan was named a 2025 Inman Innovators Award Finalist for his work on AI in real estate. The product is designed for solo TCs managing high file volumes, real estate teams that need consistent processes across every deal, and brokers who want visibility into all transactions without micromanaging.
