Karan Khanna is the founder and product lead behind ListedKit, built out of Harmony Venture Labs, a venture studio that designs and ships AI-native software from Birmingham, Alabama.
He and his team saw a clear problem: real estate teams were running million-dollar transactions on spreadsheets, manual data entry, and memory. Every tool in the space stored files or managed checklists, but none of them actually did the work. They set out to build something different, an AI that reads the contract, builds the file, tracks every deadline, and handles the communication layer automatically, so agents and transaction coordinators can focus on closing deals instead of managing paperwork.
Karan led Ava's development from the ground up, designing the multi-agent architecture, agentic workflows, and AI pipelines that power the product today. To date, ListedKit has helped real estate teams close more than 1,250 deals representing nearly half a billion dollars in transaction volume.
